About AutomateMyDay.ai
AutomateMyDay.ai exists because most AI content is written by people who already know everything about tech, for people who already know everything about tech. That leaves out the rest of us — the curious ones with full plates and not enough hours, who just want to know what AI actually does for a normal person.
Why we started
When everyone started talking about AI, we didn't tune it out. We just wanted to know: okay, but what does it actually do for a normal person? Not a developer. Not someone with a tech background. Just someone with a full plate and not enough hours in the day.
So we tried it. The first real test was a turkey chili recipe — smoky, a little spicy, nothing bland. It came back so good it's been made three times since. From there it was Ireland trip plans, gift ideas, and finally the email that had been sitting in drafts for a week. None of that is revolutionary. It's just helpful. Consistently, quietly helpful in a way that adds up.

Who writes the guides
Lo (Lorraine) writes the guides on AutomateMyDay.ai. She's not a developer or a "tech expert" — she's a regular person who got curious, started experimenting, and found that some of this stuff is genuinely useful in everyday life. Every guide on the site is written by her, from the same starting point you're at right now.
